with us.
- Processing the resumes with a keen eye and submitting
only the best to our clients as perthe Job Description and Specification
provided to us.
- Following up with the short listed candidates
before the interview regarding any need of our client and assured
that the shortlisted candidates attend the Interview in the slotted
time.
- Fetching references for the candidates we forward
to our clients.
- Keeping in touch with the clients after the candidate
is placed to make sure they are completely satisfied with our
service.
- Incase of dissatisfaction of our client, bringing
in fresh candidates immediately to fit their needs.
- Gathering information for new potential candidates
from already existing ones and have a solid database.
- Strictly follow the Experience and salary Budget
provided by the client while shortlisting the candidates.
